Really cool idea and I see this not the 1st time here on forum but I am still confused for instance with the question of legibility of such project. Since it is stated in rules we can not use smb's appearance or work in commercial ways without permission from the person which music, poetry, creations and personality is used am I wrong?

this situation reminds me the real world fake products like bags, clothing and etc of known trademarks but you know it is really impossible to check all the stores in small or big towns and find out what they sell and do they have the right for it, even if they were notified And we are talking about really well known brands... so what can LL do for unknown designers from virtual world if they can not handle spreading the known brands in here without permission =) I guess it is simply impossible And also maybe it is better to talk with creator or market owner why do they sell stolen stuff... but they always can tell that this is the original creation... who knows we are all people and think in the same direction and sometimes have really close ideas just my opinion so no offence

hey, I saw your shop products in marketplace and it seems you have really great items, qualitive and really useful. I think one person who hates something can not make your business go down so just ignor him/her... if one wants to buy it just to make untrue and rude comments then it might be something connected with phsycological problems =) good luck

Hello, sorry you may think the question is stupid but you need the same color as on the picture? Cause it seems the pic was photographed and maybe edited that way that the skin changed the color to grayish. Cause it this visible that it has natural pinks on light aeries. Also you said about the shape but we can only see the sape of face =)

Hello I actually was looking for this too but then I have found just some tuts on youtube (you can search there too) in those tuts I saw that mostly all should be done by eye on the tamplate and then just checked and edited in small details in 3D view. since when you look on 3d model and work ON it (I did that) the texture or print loses quality really a lot when you check it on the tamplate... hope it is clear enough, if not forgive me my English =)

Hey I won't say that my words are 100% true, but in some posts on youtube I saw that 2.63 has something that exports wrong mesh for sl through collada. I tried myself 2.63 so can tell you Yes I did all correct and while I exported through this version the mesh appeared distorted so much that I could not even tell what I see(that is actually the reason I was looking for an answer what's wrong with it). But when I placed the same file in 2.60 and exported with collada it worked just great. I would suggest you to stay within versions 2.49, 2.59, 2.60 since there are many tuts that show step by step things how to ... Also stuff connecting blender with secondlife is not in the program, it has to be downloaded as plugins or addons and most of times those are not for free. As for me I use 2.49 and 2.60 and totally happy with both)

Seems like Sweet is looking for model job, she is not offering) correct me if I am wrong) also if you are looking for modeling job I guess no cloths is really needed most of times since designers prefer to show their stuff, but there are photographers who are at their start and do free shots, but they will not pay ) cheers

O M G I will definitely help LL with this cause I am dreaming to create mesh stuff but still understand that not all can make custom orders to fit the shape and it is a waste of money to buy standard mesh not for your shape.... So yes I'm gonna take part in this!!! :smileyvery-happy:

Oh thank you sweetie) I am going to create some stuff of different styles to work as a custom designer, just created my 1st dress and now have to upload in sl)) I will do a fashion show when finish stuff up and will place this as an event in forum so everyone could come and check it out since I have no store or something)) hope you'll reach what you want in mesh designs) and by the way YES in blender it is possible sculpt editing by pulling, pushing, etc but it is easier to start with triangles for a simple draft shape and only after it has a needed shape to go into sculpt editions) just an advise)

agreed) you are saying the right things, it is like trying to to sum logarithmic equation without knowing 2+2=4 anyway I tryed to start learning 3d for about 3 years downloaded a lot of softwear and just gave it up after few lessons... only about 3 weeks ago I just found it is much easier with blender and tutorials with video step by step. My dream came true and I just try to learn some simple stuff for now. even if it is not for sl it will be useful in future and I can thank for this sl and ppl who do tutorials)

hello, yep all that you are asking is possible, you just have to visit youtube for vids like "making rigged mesh clothes in blender" or somthing like that. there are about 5-7 great vids from one person that shows step by step from zero to the end all you need. But to say it is not as easy as you might think. it looks really easy when you just watching) anyway all is in your hands can't post the link since have to look for it, if you will need help just im me PS: those lessons are connected with exporting from sl to blender and preparing the existing clothing for upload in sl. still you will have to learn tools in blender to make clothing, this is also can be found in youtube search.

yep but it is always possible to find full perm shapes or ask creator to do it customly with full perm or mod perm, but it will deffer in price of course)

thank you for advise a lot, but it might be that misicians will not be very happy to give away their material. well at least that is the first thought that came to me. I would love to sing some famous songs with playback of course but I guess this is kinda illigal, so decided to make something with beginners or music lovers. Anyway your note makes a lot of sense and I haven't thought about it...
