Really what difference does it make? If the person is two people then they may be trying to save expenses by playing both roles. Tip or don't tip is your choice.

Has to be part of SL at fault. Ever since the most recent restarts lag has been really bad for everyone I've talked to.

Oh yay! So happy. I finally figured out how to get rid of the facelight in my hair. I'd quit wearing it because of that, but now I can again. Not a big deal to most, but makes me happy. Now I don't look like a beacon.

Sounds like another reason to visit your sim.

My question is...why do people even go to Welcome centers? You hear all about troubles there and they are usually super laggy areas. Not a good introduction in my opinion.
