I was recently given an opportunity to purchase a part of a homestead to call my own. The original owner was very nice to make such an offer. My problem now is that anything else connected to the original sim, I'm unable to TP there getting an error message "Teleport failed". I can TP to the same areas from any other sim with no problems. Before the transaction, all was good, I could TP within the sim. Now, from my little corner of it, I get the dreaded "TP failed" reminder. Could the problem be on my side of the sim or her, as for adjustments and such?

I recently purchaed a house and moved in. While working with the land owner to get music abilities, she inadvertently deleted the house. On the surface, not a big deal. We rerezzed the house and were able to relocate all that was there (funtiture, kitchen stuff, pics on the wall etc...). We repositioned them all and went on with our daily SL lives. One problem I found was a pet cat I have. After relocating the cat, I replaced him to the house and forgot about it . Now, everytime I sign in, I always find the same cat 19 m above the house. I've rehomed the animal again and it always reappears at the same place 19m above the roof. I finally returned it to my inventory until I can find a solution. Any ideas?

I would like to thank all here who have assisted me in the making and application of tattoos to my avi. A new problem has come up. When I wear the new tat, another one I have on disappears, telling me it's either one or the other, but not both will be worn simitameously. How can I "add" the other tat so that both can be worn at the same time? UPDATE: 10/6/2013 I obviously didn't state my problem clear enough. When I try to "add" the tat, the word "add" is greyed out, the add function doesn't help. Accept my apologies for the miscommunication. I realize that those here are volunteers and not LL, per se. I wish to thank you all for your help.

Thanks for all the help I've recieved here concerning creating a tat using Gimp. So far so good. Now for a money question... I created a black lined cat to be worn as a tattoo and after all is said and done, when I wear it, it appears pixelized. The shape is there but it shows across as being a cat, but more of a "shape" (darn pixels) Are there any recommended brightness/contrast settings (maybe sharpness?) that I should consider and perhaps the size of the original image to be used before converting the image and then saving and sending to my file as a png? Reminder, I'm using Gimp. I'm not fortunate enough to afford a Photoshop program. UPDATE!! you can clearly see the pixelization which what i'm trying to avoid. the lines need to be sharper and defined.

The videos I found show a how to create but not to convert and save (if that makes sense). I used a template to locate and size it via Avatar UV Templates, using Gimp and uploaded it to inventory as a png file. I expect I will have to move and adjust on the body, it's getting over the hump that I'm having trouble with, the hump being after upload and telling the platform this is a tattoo and to treat it as such. For the record, I created an avi alt strictly for this kind of playing so as not to interfer with my main character. If I can get it onto my alt with success, I will share it with the main one. I've been reading of these rolling restarts on Linden Labs behalf. While I understand the reasoning behind them, I was wondering, is it possible to find when a given region or sim will be subjected to a restart? Example: Say there is a region called PB&J. Could I find out in advance when PB&J would be subject to a rolling restart or is it all a roll of the dice?

Accept my apologies if this question has been asked before. I am planning to go to Target or Walgreens to get a $25 or $50 Visa or Mastercard gift card, for the purpose of getting Lindens at VirWox or another third party exchange. I've had luck with prize GC's won at instant winner contests online. Can anyone suggest a third party exchange they've had success with under the same circumstances after purchasing an off the shelf Visa or Mastercard? If I have to do Greendot, so be it.

I have recemtly downloaded and use the latest FS viewer. Everything seems to be ok except for one thing. I've noticed that some objects don't render (rez) properly and in their place are images similar of lil rubber ducks. A good example is that of a SZYM police car. The front hood fails to load and as a result, these ducks appear briefly. When I switch to Singularity, it's all good. Any ideas, perhaps I have a setting or two off?

I have a few AO's that report some scripts are missing. Is it possible to delete the missing script references or would it be more prudent to just delete the entire AO?

I've put together a forum avatar, but it tends to overlap its top edge at the bottom of the image (as you can could see). I tried installing Firebug to perhaps correct the problem, but the advice is "do this if you know what you are doing though!". I will be appreciative of any suggestions to fixing the problem. I double click a poseball I've recently purchased and it ends up in the lower lefthand corner of my screen. When I right click it, I get "Touch" "Edit" "Detach" "Sit down"...none of the command for "dance" (it is a dancing poseball). Would attaching it to an AO help? 200 lindens for a poseball I can't enjoy is ridiculous.
