Hello:) Mayalily, forget the double clicking thing for a moment. Let me try to explain the difference between LLV2 and the Firestorm viewer. When you login to SL with LLV2, things are grey lets say 1min, in the Firestorm viewer the same things at the same place are grey for only 10sec, everything loads faster. If you are at the crowded place, you won't move slow, you will experience less lag and less crashes. That is the main difference! Remember search? In the V2, if you are searching something, and teleport to that place, the search window is closed. When you open it again, you need to type keywords. In the Firestorm viewer, you don't need to type same key words, search kept them. When you try the Firestorm viewer for the first time, you will see that it has more buttons then LLV2. This is because it gives you more options. At the bottom of the viewer you will see many new buttons. If you right click on the bottom near that buttons, it will allow you to turn off some buttons, or to add new ones. ONE click on any button opens it - if you do one click on the button that has a suitcase icon, it will open your inventory. Invenory will open at the right side, same as in LLV2 (inside that window you have a little button to click - one time - and you can move your inventory window across the screen, if you place your inventory window at the top left of your srceen and close it, next time you do one click on the suitcase icon will open your invenory at the top left - same place where you left it). Firestorm is very similar to LLV2 but it has some features that were great in the Phoenix viewer. You can customize it, make it to be like Firestorm, or if you prefer LLV2 you can have that too! And for the double clicking thing; Firestorm viewer is not double click only, if you want to open something, one click is enough. But, remember when you wanted to wear something? You needed to right click on that skin for example, scroll down and choose wear. Now you don't need to do that. You can just double click on that skin and your avatar will wear it. Same as with the landmarks, double click and you teleport somewhere:) Hope I explained something. And yes, there is a group inworld, called Firestorm/phoenix support group, or something like that.. There is always someone asking about something there. You don't even need to ask, enough is to have that group window opened and read - you can learn all like that!

Just go and search for the places that could interest you. Ask yourself what would you like to do? If you could choose to be someone different than who you are now, who would you be? Or what you wanted to be as a kid? But couldn't? An artist? Sportsman? A journalist? Tons of choices and you can try them all in SL. Start and try everything that you find interesting, Don't think of finding a girl. Think of making yourself amused, make your SL about you and your interest, not about some person you would like to meet. When you do that, you will find yourself surrounded with people that share your interests. And you will find a nice girl on that way:)

Today i switched from Phoenix to the Firestorm viewer. All great!, but... I need to see when someone takes a snapshot. I know that many people can hide it but still.. I need it. And that option is not available in the Firestorm viewer. Can someone make it?? I would like to buy it and wear it as attachment...:) Contact me here or inworld pls, thank you

Heya all! First I have no idea where to put this and if its the right thread.. Hre is whats bothering me; I login and everything is fine with my avi, but after I sit on the pose, and stand, my avis hands are not relaxed anymore. I tried with Stop animating my avatar in the viewer, to wear some stuff that are stopping all anims, i tried to change ao's, turn them on and off but only thing that hepls is to relog. Or to wear Anypose hud and animate myself and make my hands relaxed again! But that did not happen before, i had no problems with hands. And just to show you how it looks now, i can't wear nails (I can but its just looks awfull), and most of the times some friend need to tell me that my avis hands are weird lol Help pls:)

Hello ling First of all, you need to fight for and keep every customer, specially if that person bought more items from you. And even more if its a picky or b...hy client lmao A satisfied customer is the best advertise, and you just got some really bad one. Deal with that first, fix what you broke.. if I were you I would just buy that jacket or whatever item a person wanted, appologize and gift it to her. If you can't make that, tell her SL ate that jacket and you don't remember the name, make something up, but never say "I don't wan't to give you that info". Its a huge difference between "I don't give" and "I can't give" I think all that person wanted is to have the same look. She liked the look you made! Thats a great thing:) And I don't understand why its hard to tell what items you used. Its a nice gesture to give credits to other merchants too:) So you can do 2 things: hire someone who can deal with your customers in the future, and explain them that they can't get stylish cards; or do a little more work, make stylish cards and ask for an extra fee if someone wants that info! Ahh I am so sorry, I was online few hours but seems you missed me lol, and yes in the big store is the landing point. But from there just look left and you see huge doors to outside:) There is not so much open space, only the beach and the bridge that leads to the huge stable on water... but mostly you are surrounded with trees, thats why i was thinking it would be great for hiding lmao But if your avi can't be in tight spaces feel free to come to the beach and get some tan (we can get nude there lmao) Here is a pic, my avi is that little thing on the white beach;)

Well if its just that one time that happend she was rude to you, and after it she is treating you fine ignore it. If it happens again attack her with all you can and tell her it wasn't you, its a SL glitch! lol. What ever happens do not forget: you can expect everything and you can replace everything

loool Dres I like bloody murder! It sure needs more people cause hide and seek can be played in two too but this sounds more interesting! And about your questions, believe me that sim i mentioned is really huge and its too easy to get lost, I live there for a while now and still can't say I know every part of it. If I use only mini map and try to walk to a one green dot, its hard lol (imagine a castle with 10 floors and 40 rooms where you can hide lmao) not to mention outside!

If I have to ask for reviews, how can I attach any worth to them? Yes I love them as much as the next merchant but I want them to come unsolicited not because I'm paying someone for them. Not to mention if you want to review a no copy item and I don't sell that item as no copy, I'd have to make a new listing for it or simply allow you to keep it. One could certainly get a lot of free stuff that way, if they wanted to. I don't mind sharing free stuff with folks, in fact I do it quite frequently. But I can see how other merchants may not want to travel down that road. Hello Tari! I am an actuall customer who wanted to buy a nice wings few months ago. I went on the marketplace, typed wings and I don't remember how many results I got but now if you type it there are 7110 results. In the first few pages I found some wings I liked, compared them and bought one. Thats it, I don't need any more wings. But I am aware that somewhere amongst those 7110 results there are many wings as good as the ones I bought, maybe even better (all content creators work with same stuff, the difference is how they use those stuff to create the actuall wings). I just don't have time and patience to click on the "Next" button the whole afternoon. Then yesterday one girl contacted me and sent me a pic of the wings she created, and who knows on what page are her wings, I don't really care but if she wants me to try her wings I will. And I will give her my honest review. Thats it. And about you not wanting to give any more money to LL, I can review free stuff too lol, only thing I care about the price is that I don't want to try expensive things, in case the creator doesn't want to refund me at the end. Sure I will choose a creator who is willing to give me a small fee for my time but if I have time I will go through all notecards I got and try all stuff. Feel free to send me a note in world, and say "Here is something that is free and you won't get anything for it, I just want you to review it" I will lol, but just one item please because at some point I do care for my time and I don't want to get any idea of someone using me and my time. And about the mistery shopping, I wouldn't compare it with this because I am not hired by someone else, there is not a third party involved. When you had a business rl, did you asked your mistery shoppers to come and evaluate the things you had? If you insist in me proving that I won't keep that folder in my inventory I will send you a pic where you see that folder in my trash box, with the actuall number of items i have in my inv, and the pic of my empty trash box with the number of items in inv. You just need to count lol. I don't need, for example, 5 different wings because I allready have the ones I love. Yes I agree Sarta, and one could find even more objections but still there are people who are willing to try it. I can't do anything if the seller doesn't refund, actually I can only write that in my review - the seller asked for the review and then didn't wanted to refund. The world won't crash, but if a person wants me to review then I believe that person will refund me, if not I just go on to the next one. I always ask lets start with the items that are not too expensive. My reviews are and will be same as for any other item I bought.

Hello Chelle! I will leave a reply here for all to see but also contact you inworld:) First to make it clear; I dont want to keep stuff in my inv, I just want to try them. (I have only 7k of items and i delete every day lmao) My first thought was to ask a merchant to send me a no copy item inworld, so I can transfer it back after evaluation, but then it would be only that specific merchant who got a review (in the notecard or IM) and no one else could see it. You can't review your own items.. So now what i was thinking is for you, and all interested, to send me just a link to your item on the marketplace. Nothing more, I will act like any other customer. I buy that item, see how it works, evaluate all and leave a review on the marketplace. When you see my review you can send me a refund, the exact price i payed for your item. I don't ask for a fee, I just thought it would be interesting to try different products and see the difference between them. You are free to give me a little tip though lol, but basic thought is to start with posting reviews, and it needs to start from somewhere! Why not with me checking your item?

Say you created an item but you're not completely sure if its amazing or just good? I can give you an honest evaluation about my experience when using your item! Its very different comparing with your friends comments who will often say its amazing because they don't wanna hurt you, or when you transfer an item to your alt just to check permissions (not counting those alts that have their own personalities). I will stay objective, the possible relationship we will have is strictly business and you won't need to wait for a feedback from your customers! I can check permissions, see if the price is reasonable, are there maybe some things that do not work properly and save you time and money, prevent future refunds, see if the description is corresponding with an item i got to check, and most important, i will write a review of your item! So, what do you think? (I got this idea when a friend told me he is selling many items but no one wants to leave a review. That is really rude, specially if you even help your customers with those items! I will fight and fix that rude behaviour! :matte-motes-nerdy:)
