    What makes you keep going on SL and logging in almost everyday ?

    I don't log in much but when I do its for long stretches when something has piqued my interest. Example, Halloween, destination guides got loads of places to explore for Halloween and some darn Linden hunt going on, and I can't never resist treasure hunts, even though it fills my inv full of crap. 

    Gotta bit of a gambling thing going on too now they've had the free skills gaming weekend. Cheaper than real life machines, and not having to go outdoors in the rain and sitting here in my undertrolleys.

    Ohgawd this thread . I haven't laughed so much for ages.  

    I think LL didn't give us a schmekle by default, because they just knew there would be that glitch, you all know the one, where you teleported and your hair and shoes ended up your butts.

    In light of all the recent drama about the premium membership changes, here's a lighthearted thread.

    What are some other silly SL-related quotes that sound insane when taken out of context?

    Recently had cause to talk to the neighbours about their unreasonable noise coming through the walls at 1.30am and I said to them "Can you not just try a bit harder to restrict sounds to parcel?"

    Why, just... WHY?Isn't there enough stigma surrounding SL without intentionally adding to it? 

    I'm dead puzzled still why this offends you. I just see something that reminds me of all the cartoons I watched as a little kid, eg Marine Boy who could swim under water because he chewed something called Oxy Gum.

    Yes, all are taken. For now. When they become available, they will appear in the list. New ones are going to be built on the empty sims, meantime keep an eyeye on these forums and blogs for more.

    Or rent for now. Just for now. I rent. I always rented, but am waiting now for a new linden home because they looks better than the old ones, and I have walked and hopped and skipped and jumped and cycled and driven around the new linden home sims and feel it is my neighbourhood already. So excited.

    Did you find a better experience after taking of some of your scripts/HUDs? My av currently is wearing none at all (yes I look like crap hey ho) and teleporting has not been an issue at all.

    It was NOT obvious to me because I did not even know you could change your style of house on each individual plot until someone else in the thread educated me about this fact, but now I know. 

     

    I think I would remove all my furniture anyways before changing my house to a different style. Meh, whatever.
