I just signed up for a premium account and just got the basic 512sqm. How do I get 1024sqm upgrade for the new tier structure?

I had several items returned from the parcel I was renting because I paid rent late. Only a few of the items returned are actually showing up in inventory. How can I get my items back or get them to show in inventory? Some items were expensive and not copiable. I have cleared cache, relogged etc. but this is no help. Also, items are not showing up in Lost and Found in inventory. Thanks!
