After the first 2 answers: no, i mean moving somthing to you for rp pourpouses

i click the items and my whole dragon avitar turns to it. (but i found the workaround netherless

If you have a higher-priority animation running, it will take precedence over the internal animation that is triggered during editing, which I believe has a priority 2. So, for example, if you are sitting, dancing, or have some other priority 3 or 4 animation running, it should override the one used in editing.

If you are talking about ediing something you are wearing like a prim attachment (hair, shoes etc) then the best thing to do is use a pose stand.  These are available at just about any good shop for free and will hold your avatar in the edit appearence pose while you adjust attachments.
