my market place card is full and i cannot make it empty, why is that, for more than month now

my market place card is full and i cannot make it empty, why is that, for more than month now, when i get to the card it say has 10 itens and is full need to empty when i get to the card page say has a problem and was notify, for more than month now is the same problem, please help

Two (actually three) suggestions....

1. Try using a different web browser.  Switch to Firefox or Chrome, both of which work much better with LL's web sites than IE does.

2. Don't ever fill the shopping cart.  It tends to jam when it has more than a few items in it.  (I never buy more than 1 or 2 items at a time.)

3. Use the Buy Now button instead of the shopping cart.  It almost always works.

Opening the cart, setting quantity to 0 for each item and clicking on update doesn't help?
