A friend of mine from Brazil, does not speak english and needs to speak with someone

A friend of mine had his account closed and is not able to understand the people when he calls to try and fix this problem.  Is there an international number or some other way he can communicate?

I would recommend he file a support ticket.  Portuguese is one of the supported languages on the website.  I just tried it and the support ticket form shows in Portuguese when you change to that language.

On the support page, where the numbers are listed, there is note that says support is in English only. Your friend may need to find a friend where he is and ask that friend to translate for him; or submit a support ticket. His language is supported through the website; but I do not know if the support provided will be in his language, in English, or poorly translated via online translator.

Agree with previous answers.

But in mi experience it is better and fill a ticket in "bad English" or in "Google Translated English" than in a language other than English. The ticket is answered faster. Or so I've lived, I do not know other cases.
