or under the "World" menu at the bottom of Firestorm! took me 20 minutes to find this to get to the Asset Blacklist.

For Phoenix and Firestorm viewers, you can rerender  a person or an object following these instructions:

Rerendering

To rerender it you need to remove it from the blacklist.

• Access the Asset Blacklist from the Phoenix menu at the top of your screen.
• Click on the item you want to rerender, note avatars show as objects.
• Click the Remove button.
• Change your group tag, or teleport out and back.

The object, or avatar will render in a few seconds.

Follow Val's instructions.  If you aren't using Phoenix, just TP to another sim and back again.  That's enough to re-render the person.

Yes. The blacklist was just added to Firestorm in July 20122 with version 4.1.1.28744. A nice addition.
