I keep getting "log in failed, unable to connect to sim.

I know this is third time I've posted but I have waited 6hours after I was told to be patient. i wanted to know if you knew how long does it take for the reconnection process after the inventory maintanence resolution is completed?

It's instantaneous, so that's not your problem.  The poor connection is probably on your end.  Try rebooting your router by unplugging it from the power for a few minutes.  When you plug in back in, it will have cleared its RAM and been able to get a fresh look at an IP address.

I am not sure if you have checked all answers in your 2nd thread.

Normally when maintenance finishes all residents are able to log in again.

If your using Window OS's run the 'connection trouble shooter" and reset the "system clock". Both can be found in more resent versions (XP and later)  of  "help and support". There is also an online connection checker but you will need to search for it at Microsoft. Sorry, I do not have the link.
