Newbie looking for friends

Hello! I'm new and I think I've figured quite a bit out... I just haven't made any friends yet! Er... I don't quite understand the whole draw of those SL nightclubs, so I'm pretty much at a loss as to going about making friends. 

My RL interests are Japanese culture, Buddhism, collecting postcards, music (classic rock, rock... I don't pick a genre and stick to it, really) and watching television. I also like RP, and it'd be cool to find people on SL to RP with, too!

So feel free to add me on SL, show me some cool things or the ropes--even if you don't share the same interests :)
