How do i report land parcels? or sims?

I dont know if im on a land parcel or sim. I got invited to a club my friend was DJing at. 

 

The club is located on Mature land.

Description reads:  payday loans no credit check We are a great strip club & mall. Strippers, Escorts,  sex skybox rentals, Photo Contests, ad boards, lap dances, escorts, shop rental shops, rock/metal music, vampires, furries, nekos, MM boards, HIRING STRIPPERS/DANCERS AND ESCORTS

 

Since when are escorts allowed on Mature land?
