Yes.  Just abandon the one you have and choose a different one.  You ARE limited to 5 changes in a single day.  Also, don't forget to take your stuff before you abandon your home.  Using the land object return feature is not always a good idea, so take the time to pick up your things one at a time to avoid the issues associated with coalesced objects.

Yup.  Just stand in your home and select World >> About Land (or Parcel Details, in some viewers).  Select Abandon Land and walk away.  Oh, if you have placed any objects in your house, pick them up first and take them back to your inventory.  :smileywink:
