Question

I Moved from my house in October of 2010 and haven't had internet access for about a year now. Recently I moved back to my original home this month(Jan 2012)due to unemployment issues and at that time I was notified of an overdraft fee on my debit account and saw that Secondlife was still billing me. I checked my Debit account form October 2010 and saw monthly payments every month till now. I know I did not cancel my account but I think its only fair I get reimbursed for the 15 months I haven't been on this site. Thank you and Sorry for this inconvenience. Jazmine

You cannot wait any refund of Linden Lab. You have not joined SL, but you have been in SL (in the Linden Lab serves) :) In fact, you have returned to SL without problem.

BTW see TOS:

11.1 You may terminate your Accounts at any time.

You may terminate this Agreement by closing your Accounts at any time for any reason. In such event, Linden Lab shall have no further obligation or liability to you under this Agreement or otherwise, and you shall be entitled to no compensation or other payment, remedy, recourse or refund.
