How to upgrade my Premium account in order to get more space and prims?

There is only a basic account and a premium account.

The number of prims you are allowed to rez in any sim is related to how much land you rent in that sim.  You can either rent mainland from Linden Lab or private estate land from another resident.  Try looking in the http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Land-Forum/ct-p/LandForum for a place you like.

Hello Gerdthor. If you want bigger land and prims you have just to find it. About land use fees on Mainland check out the following link: http://secondlife.com/land/pricing.php Alternatively you can find a parcel in a Private Estate. Offers about everything in Land Forum.

You cannot "upgrade" a Linden Home.  What you can do is abandon it, and find another, larger parcel of land.  You can purchase land on the Mainland.  You will pay a monthly "tier" charge to Linden Lab in addition to your Premium membership dues.  The amount of tier will depend on how much mainland you own.

You can also buy land on a private estate.  In this case, you pay a weekly or monthly fee to another resident, the estate owner.  You do not need a Premium membership to own this type of land.
