My best guess is that you're used to seeing dates in the DAY-MONTH-YEAR format and you're now seeing them in the American format which uses MONTH-DAY-YEAR, which is what the forum uses (at least for me). I haven't seen any problems with dates displaying differently than I'm used to. As far as delivery problems, that's a different issue.
