Also, you can press Ctrl-P.

There are two hidden menu items, Advanced and Develop. You can open them using Ctrl-Shift-D and Ctrl-Shift-Q. You'll see them appear in the top menu to the far right of 'Me'. Advanced is just that, with a bunch of handy controls. Debug has more advanced settings and controls.
