Major issues with logging in etc

When I log in with Firestorm it crashes within 10 seconds. Phoenix tries to log in but drops out at about 90% of the log in bar, around the loadng world part and I can not even instal SL viewer, it stops at checking internet connection.

 

I know everything should be okay as I have been a user for over 3 years. I had no problem until I tried to upgrade phoenix, ever since then I can not get in.

 

I have tried all the fixes but to no avail. Help me please.....

Did you check to be sure that there's a firewall exception for Firestorm on your machine, and that your antivirus program isn't blocking it?

Yes it is listed as an exception, and antivirus is not blocking it. Again I was on for about 10-15 seconds then it crashed.

It does sound like you have a connection issue. I was guessing that it was a firewall, but you've ruled that out. Check your router next. Bypass it temporarily by plugging your computer's cable directly into the modem. If the problem goes away, then you know where to focus your attention.
