Yes it is listed as an exception, and antivirus is not blocking it. Again I was on for about 10-15 seconds then it crashed.

When I log in with Firestorm it crashes within 10 seconds. Phoenix tries to log in but drops out at about 90% of the log in bar, around the loadng world part and I can not even instal SL viewer, it stops at checking internet connection. I know everything should be okay as I have been a user for over 3 years. I had no problem until I tried to upgrade phoenix, ever since then I can not get in. I have tried all the fixes but to no avail. Help me please.....
