Unable to connect to a simulator "main Avatar"

hey all....

 

ive been trying to find a way to fix my veiwer but i cant log in at all :( it really makin me sad

ive been trying for four days now..

 

does anyone know how to fix it???

Hello Ze. Give a try to log in a different region like Smith, Exeuxoa or Anzere and see if that helps.

If you can't select a different region, in your log in screen give the command: Menu Me --> Preferences --> General Tab --> Enable "Show on login" --> OK.  After click the down arrow where it says "Start at" and choose <Type region name> --> Smith --> Login.

Well, there is another reason also you get this error message. Maybe you have invalid characters in your group tag. Did you join in a group recentrly? Did you create your own group recently? If so, you will fix the problem if you remove or change it. If you remember which group tag you wear, log in with an alt, find the owner or a manager of the group, explain who you are and ask them to eject you of the group. If you are the group owner, again log in with an alt and change the group tag. If it is no possible, tell your friends to delete the group. When they all leave, your groups in 48 hours will stop to exist, so you will fix your problem.

tried to have no manager in my grop am the only owner

Is The server down? I can't log in anywhere tried everything suggested and it says unable to connect

I will just add a "Me too" to this. 

I cannot login anywhere either.  What's more when I tried to sign in to post I ended up on the support page.  I think SL is badly messed up again.  Hasn't been this bad for a couple of years.

I was online and fine earlier this UK afternoon.

I cannot connect either I can with my alt but not with this one. I wasn't wearing a group tag or anything like that.
