How do you start a quest? I'm New and Totally Lost. I just Keep walking Around Everywhere...

I have been In the Linden Realms and Theres no one there. I was just Trying to earn L$ But I have no Idea HOw to even Start a quest? Help?

Second Life is not a game, so there's no point system, no goal, no prize to win, no maiden to rescue or dragon to slay.  You can find all those things at various places in SL, but only because residents have created special areas for them -- games within our world.  There's even a new game sponsored by Linden Lab itself, and maybe that's what you are thinking about.  Check it out here >>> http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Featured-News/Embark-on-a-Quest-in-Linden-Realms-Collect-Crystals-Earn-Linden/bc-p/1264551#M7274 .  Keep in mind, though, that SL is much larger than just that game or whatever other games you may find.  Most of us are here because this is a social platform -- a place to meet people, be creative, dance, attend live music events, sky dive, open a business, ......

Hello xoxodionsaur and welcome to SL Forums. There are some ways you can get free lindens without purchasing them:

1. Find a job. There are skilled and unskilled jobs in SL. Here is a guide,  have a look. If you are interested to find a job, you can watch also the threads in the community under InWorld Employment category. Daily residents are looking for new staff
2. You can use the Search in world to find clubs which organize events and contests.
3. You can start to play sploders. Parcel owners, trying to increase the traffic in their places and make them known, offer free lindens. Residents get informed online about the places with the bigger pots online and run to get some lindens. Have a look here 
4. Using the search in world again, find Midnight Mania's contests and Lucky chairs with which you can get free stuff.
