I have a new Linden home in Stony Brook.  It is a two story home and there is what appears to be a blue pool downstairs.  How do I activate the pool/water?  If it isn't a pool, what it is?

I remember this question coming up when the Linden Homes first came out.  That pool is just for decoration as I recall.

I had one of those fake blue pools. You can put something over it, like a hot tub or a rug. It also makes a nice tree planter.

I have a home with a pool like that.  Mine is outside in a deck.  I have added two float poses and another one for sitting on the edge of the deck to splash my toes in the water... a little imagination and I'm sure you'll find various ways to use it.

It's just a fake pool. As others mentioned, you could put a "float" pose ball and/or raft/inner-tube on it, and appear to be floating on the surface. But it has no depth and you can't swim in it.
