Hello Dragonlord and welcome to SL Forums. If you live in U.S. yes you can use Paypal. If you live out of U.S., you can try it but several residents reported problems here, being unable to use that. Useful links below:

Your PayPal account must be "verified".  This is a process done completely outside of SL, with PayPal alone.  You get a verified account by linking it to a Real Life bank account.  This process takes a few business days.
