Pregnant? Easy. Buy an HUD, like Mama Allpa or Tantra Total Woman. Have sex. See if you're pregnant.

You don't have to get pregnant to have a baby in SL; you can just a buy a prim baby. But if you want the pregnancy experience, check out those HUD's, and look around for other things you want to use. There's a great guide available at Sexy Mamas. Of course, it's biased towards the Sexy Mamas store, but it tells you a lot about the general things you might want for your pregnancy.
