Is there a way I can give someone permission to set my Linden house as their home?

Hello Joshu. Yes you can do that.

1)Create a new group (costs 100L$) if you haven't already one.

2)Menu World --> Place Profile --> About Land --> General tab and set the land to your group.

3)Invite your friends in the group and give them permission to set their home there. Open the group's profile --> Roles --> Create a new role. You find the ability under "Parcel Powers".

Hi Love, can you set the Linden Homes to a group?  I don't think so.  In addition, the little Linden Home control panel will only work for the owner.  

But, I could be wrong.  I will research more.

They can rez at *your* home if you allow residents > set allow residents in the aboutLand tab.

However, I do not think your guests will be able to use the control panel for locking, lighting, fireplace, change of color, etc.

That is not possible. Anything can be used to rent the houses is not allowed/activated

Yes, you can set Linden Homes to a group. You cannot deed it to the group.

I think you are correct about the control panel.  That is not governed by the Parcel powers in group roles.

LoveAngel is correct.  Linden Homes cannot be deeded to a group BUT they can be set to a group and setting is enough to allow group members the ability to Set Home to Here.  A quick flyover a couple sims near Meadowbrook showed numerous places set to a group.
