Second Life has its own unique terms and abbreviations. These can be confusing if you are new to SL or if English is not your first language. Learning these terms will help you follow people's chat and understand what is being said.

The full version of the SLictionary is available to everyone here.  A shorter, in-world (note card) copy of the SLictionary is also available for free on SL Marketplace

Let me know if there are any terms that have been missed and I'll add them ... thanks!

Nice initiative.... one small remark though. You say that Second Life has its own unique terms and abbreviations, but many of those terms and abbreviations are not limited to Second Life. Most of the things mentioned are Internet-, SMS/Text-, Facebook- or MSN-language.

Second Life brought many new things, but not those.... :smileyvery-happy:
