I was looking thought the premium houses just looking and thinking do I or don't I but before I know it I own a house when I did not want.  I Canceled my membership. Of 72.00 I want it all back now I didn't even use it for a day need to talk to a real life person about this NOW

You will have to be very kind, polite and very persuasive with the billing support to make it clear you clicked the upgrade Premium button by mistake. In principle, once you have upgraded, you are immediately charged according to the selected membership plan and LL does not refund you even if you downgrade to Basic. Good luck!

It's unlikely you'll get it all back. It's possible, though still unlikely, that you may convince them to refund you all but the first month (or equivalent to the first month). Contact billing and explain the issue. Do this when you are calm, since being nice and polite will give you a much better shot at getting your money back than being angry and confrontational.
