Some you can't, unless you are able to delete the bling script, but that you can only do if the item is modify. Otherwise, try off or bling off in open chat without a channel number or using the favourite ones of 1 or 99, eg /1 bling off or /99 bling off

Deleting the bling script won't work, either, BTW.  Bling -- a form of particles -- is a prim property.  You have to have a script to create particles, and you have to use a script to remove them.  A clothing designer can actually create bling buttons, buckles, and jewelry and then remove the bling script completely.  The bling remains, and you don't end up carrying more scripts around with you than necessary.  That reduces lag a little bit, so that's a good thing. On the other hand, it means that bling can sometimes be very hard to remove.
