Voice problems in my sim

Is any one else having voice problems?

In our sim McCutcheon, Kirkoswald and Siringo there is no voice at all.

Went to support and i had to fill in a ticket (lol first he wanted to point me out a link how i could make my voice work, unbelievable!!!!) Will take at least 4 weeks for an answer and all my renters are out of voice in their homes.

 

oh well good oll LL  you pay your tier or they throw you out, but any help or support is gone. Service is a word they dont know.

 

the live support told me some regions are having issues with this. But were ever i go my voice works except in my own sim and Siringo and Kirkoswald. So wondered if others have this issue too, and know more.

Is it mainland? If so...yeah, I saw on twitter that some (a lot?) regions have voice disabled after the restart and maintenance this week and Linden has to enable it again for you.

A friend of mine tweeted to  @supportlinden and had it solved in 30 mins.

Well it's weekend, and then there is little  support.

even a restart they wont do because its a known issue now.

 

oh well whats new. Just informed all the renters. And we sit down and wait i guess.

Caletta and several nearby sims are affected.  The sim properties in Viewer 3.2 show voice turned off.   This is a widespread problem, but seems to be primarily on mainland sims.  To quote from Waiting for Godot 

"Nothing to be done."

but still i get mad over the fact they donmt restart the sims

It seems out of postings there that private estates solve it this way.

 

So far for customer support and service. Shame

I was able to get a restart on two of our Mainland SIM's that's affected by this, but it didn't change a thing. Live chat rep said nothing was wrong on the SIM the day  before. We have about 17 SIM's affected.

I have the same problem. One week without voice. But if i go to the LL Island and re-log, the voice returns. Back to my land is ok, if i leave it , i can use it only in private. The manager of the island had reported the case and up to now nothing was done. In total they have 9 island in diferents place with the same problem.
