I have an invoice that says items delivered, but they are not in inventory?

According to invoice, I am supposed to have these items? But they are not in my inventory. However, I have been charged with them? HELP Please?

If you have been billed, simply send the merchant a notecard inworld. (A notecard is more reliable than an instant message, as instant messages are often capped for merchants who receive a lot of correspondence.) Make sure that your notecard is polite and contains details of the failed transaction. Most merchants will be very willing to resend the item. Please give them a day or two to reply - don't expect an answer within minutes. You must remember that merchants are no different to you and do not sit by their computers at all hours of the day.

One final word, to reduce the chances of the problem occurring again, remember not to buy multiple items at the same time,as this may increase the chance of causing the software to fail. It's safer to buy one object at a time.

Wow 10 items at one time! No wonder why you had delivery issues. The Marketplace cart is not 100% safe. NEVER fill it as it increases delivery failures. Follow Dazier's good advice and buy one by one, eventually 2 or 3 items from the same merchant. Also try as much as possible to be inworld at the moment you purchase. It's way much safer.

Hello Gayle. As already mentioned is no good to overload your shopping cart. It is one of the top causes for delivery failures. Also when you order stuff from Marketplace, care to be online in world. Your inbox can save only 25 notifications, im's, invitations, notices, announcements. If being offline you had already close to 25, your new ones got capped so you will never get your stuff. Use Marketplace for a market research but prefer to buy in world visiting the stores where often you have best offers and other benefits (for example welcome or group gifts). For your free products, you can order them again. For the rest, if you have difficulties to contact the merchant(s) you can also submit a ticket --> Marketplace category --> Failed Marketplace Delivery. Explain analytically what was happened, include the order number and the name(s) of the item(s) that failed to be delivered and wait for a reply.
