My friend cant see groups , or names and she keeps crashing, if this continues she stops sl.

she haves a new router because the old one had problems.

she cant tp , she cant see groups it keeps saying no matches found.

She cant see profile names , and also not in friendslist.

She cant start im's. it keeps saying loading .

Sounds like a Viewer release issue, I recommend using an older version or an alternate Viewer.

The Drivers for the Graphics card may need to be updated.

How long has she been having this problem?

Has she tried logging in to another region? Somewhere quiet?

I had this issue a few days ago. It continued for an hour or two, then I logged in again, managed to log in to my home instead of the region I was in when I logged off, and voila! All better. Could be a temporary glitch. Or, yes, possibly something to do with the viewer. She could try something non-V3 related, like Phoenix (not Firestorm, which is V3 based).

Hello T0ranny. Suggest her to clear her cache under Preferences and relog. If the problem remains, clear her cache manually (out of SL), restart her computer and relog in a quiet sim without lag.

Important: Her inventory must to be  fully loaded. If not, type 2-3 characters in search there and wait fetching all her items till your last one. Good luck.
