Permissions Question

In still understanding how permissions work I was wondering...

Let's say I create a texture that I would like to sell. I put COPY, MOD, and NO TRANS on the texture.

The purchaser would still be able to use this in their creations with it NO TRANS, yes? The only thing no trans should prevent them from doing is transferring the texture to someone else. But it should not prevent them from doing anything else as far as applying the texture to something they want to make and sell, right?

if the texture to the buyer is no trans they'll be able to use it but not sell anything they make with it because the item then becomes no trans i learnt this when using a texture i thought was full perm but found out after making something it was no trans

If you have a no-transfer texture, you can't give the texture or a copy of it to anyone else. ALSO you can't sell any object the texture is applied to either.

The only textures that are useful to people who create content they intend to sell are full-perm ones.
