How do I change the title of a notecard?

Find it in your inventory, right click on it, and select Rename.

Hello Luciana. If you mean the description, open the notecard, make the changes you want and close it. That's all. You don't save. When you open, you will see the new description. If you mean how to rename it, just right click on it and rename. if you didin't create the notecard and you can't change the title, just you haven't right to modify it.
