My new account doesn't work!!

I use Phoenix Viewer and apparently I guess it's old because it asks for my first and last avatar name although i only have one name!!!! i cant log in!! and when i logged in my old account, im just a cloud, ive been waiting 4 15mins doing nothing and im still a cloud -.-

Use Resident as your last name for your new account.
