Gatto Spingflower
hi people, the other day i saw a cool thing, well looked cool to me anywaywas a sculpted cat body, but the head seems was a hover texture generated by a script like the script for hover textsince the face of the cat always face to you! just like the hover texti i figured must be some script to display a texture hovering?if that so..wich script it is, and or how can i do that? Thanks!PD: i dont know nothing about scripting . Claireschen Hesten
not exactly a script but the Bright Sign by Bright Corporation does exactly what you are looking for and you can put any texture you like in it
Void Singer
assuming it was just a particle texture... another way to get a similar effect is to use an inside out sculpt which basically results in and impressed space that the brain interprests as a volume (especially if the lighting is reversed or baked in)

Innula Zenovka
I've never been able to find the option to see particle information in V2/V3 -- is it still there?
Kaluura Boa
You cannot see particle informations in V2/V3 *cough* *nor V1* *cough*... Even the scripts can't read these infos... But they can set them. It's the only way.

I don't know about V2/V3, but certainly you could -- and presumably still can -- see exactly the sort of info in the screenshot in older viewers by going to Advanced>Rendering>Info Displays>Particles. I've used it, in the past, and it's described at http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Advanced_menu#Rendering_Submenu_.3E
