  5. hello everyone, long time a go i found by mistake a site where they have free real people modeling nude and dressed from all angles, from all ages and ecniticity. Ive google for ages and i only found a similar site wich is 3D.SK, but is not free! I needed to make skins (or at least to try lol) Any ideas?.

  7. i explain myself wroing i guess, i am ussing the avatar you are sayin in DAZ,but since is the dafualt SL avatar, doesnt match whit my custom avatar shape, so the length of arm, shoulders etc makes the animation to not have the result i need in world.

Hello people, I'm trying to make animations whit DAZ but since my avatar is not the same size that the default SL Avatar mesh loaded in DAZ, the positions of some body parts don't match when the animation is uploaded! Is there a way to translate the measures of my avatar to the default SL avatar mesh loaded in DAZ? I know I can edit the avatar shape in DAZ but is all by "eye" but I need to mod it has much closer has I can... Any ideas???
  9. hi, try this, pin both anckles and toe to prevent rotation/transform, then move the hip down and you will how the avatar sits, in the process may be the anckles or leg will may have a rotation but that wont bother you much to fix it. once you have the desire pose, unpin the part that may have suffered unwanted change and fix it. hope this hellp you.
  10. ive tryed that feature but it crashes always! no matter what, whit small cages simple or complicated ones it gives and error after the sistem is working on aply the cage :catsad:
  11. Hi people, I need some help here, I'm following this tutorial : but I can't edit it has in on the video, I don't get a uniform tube, when I try to bend it it gets flat! Here is a picture example: I've been playing whit some of curve surface options but no result, any ideas? Thanks!

  13. hi people, what im trying to do is to model a sculpt over a object has reference, in the way tha the sculpt takes the shape of that object, i have seen this tool or feature in zbrush, were they use a default head zbrush tool and they shape a sphere whit a tool just brush over wile the sphere is over the head like a helmet the brush is making it fit taking the hole form.its there some tool like that on blender? if not, what technique recomends to use ? for example to make a mask or a hood over an avatar head. thanks.
  14. hello people, i have this issue... i create a sculpty and start to model it,then i save the blend file to keep working later,then what happened wen i opened the file next day, the uv map was showed all black!!! ive tryed to look on the image tab list to see if there but is not, they are all black. i also tryed to switch betwen modes, select and deselct, etc etc but is no use.this always happens wen i save the file to continue later and open it. any sugestions? Thanks.
  15. i have seen in SL a few avatars representing several cartoon characters, what caught my atention was the outlines they look like black drawing lines, but they are showed only from certain view angles! i dont have pictures to showm but for those who are older may have saw same thing on the "south park" avatars out there in SL. if someone can tell me what kind type of build is that and or how to do it!!?? thank you!
  16. hi people, the other day i saw a cool thing, well looked cool to me anyway was a sculpted cat body, but the head seems was a hover texture generated by a script like the script for hover text since the face of the cat always face to you! just like the hover text i i figured must be some script to display a texture hovering? if that so..wich script it is, and or how can i do that? Thanks! PD: i dont know nothing about scripting .

Hello people, I'm new whit Zbrush and I need some help about the uses of lighting, I used the script "material baker" to create shine and shadows on sculpted bottle, the result is pretty good except it has some "stitches" shadows were the texture joints when is baked on the bottle,so what I need is how to set up more lights around the bottle, which one will give that effect of shine, the best shine I got was whit sun light, but has I say makes a dark shadow on the the joint, I don't use the matcap materials since they don't work whit custom lights.i have tried to edit the texture in gimp but is tedious and lose the original effect since I'm not good at it. Any suggestions?
