on my second life on the props i only see black on some thing like buildings what up

Open Preferences (CTRL + P) >> Graphics >> Hardware Settings and UNcheck Enable OpenGL Vertex Buffer Objects (VBO).  That should remove the black.  If it doesn't, for some reason, then you should also try turning off atmospheric shaders.

1. confirm that your computer can handle Second Life: https://secondlife.com/my/support/system-requirements/
2. download the last drivers for your graphics card. For Nvidia: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us   For AMD: http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx
