Magic Box neo here; can't get box to sync

I have a product in a box which I cannot get to sync with Marketplace via a Magic Box.

 

1. Product contents includes scripts, notecards and textures: all perms are Copy, no mod, no trans

2. Product is placed in a box with full perms. Only contents of box is Product itself.

3. Box with product is placed into Magic Box contents, but it will not sync this.

Other products placed into Magic Box do sync.

I am owner of product and box, but not creator of product or box.

Any ideas what might be wrong?

1. Right-click the Magic Box and choose Edit.
2. In the Build window, click the Content tab.
3. Drag the object you want to sell from your inventory into the Content area. You should see it appear.
4. Wait for the Magic Box to finish uploading the new inventory.

Adding the item on the Marketplace website

1. On the Marketplace website, choose My Marketplace > Merchant home in the upper-right.
2. Click Manage Inventory on the left-hand side.
3. Click the Sync Marketplace with Magic Boxes button.

Let me save some trouble for Zenara and Dakota by asking if you pressed the synch button, and some trouble for you by explaining that you did.

To clarify, this would normally be the end of the conversation between the 3 of you.

What you're waiting for there is for the magic box to return to its normal colour. If you're getting no response at all from the box when you add things (it should change colour - yellow or blue i think), reset the scripts via touch>menu, or else right click and select "reset scripts in selection" in tools menu.

Then once the box has done its thing, follow on with the rest of the steps above, synching from webpage, etc.

Check the permissions on everything in that product box.  It sounds like you havew something there that is no-copy or no-transfer.
