Charma, I think you scared everyone off with the revealation that you were 16. The next time you can't sleep, I recommend a carbo hit. It will raise your blood sugar and make you feel sleepy. I suggest eating yogurt. Also read something boring, such as something by Dickens or Dostoyevsky.
