Pheonixphyre Rhiadra
For the last couple days I've people IM me about failed deliveries.. I am wondering if it's a bug with the magic boxes or with marketplace itself. I put down a new magic box and switched the inventory to the new box, and yet they still don't go through, if it is marketplace... how much longer is it going to be happening? Claireschen Hesten
if you've put a new box down and deleted the old one from inworld you need to log in to the marketplace go to merchant home click magicbox status scroll down to where it shows your magic boxes and remove the ones on there that aren't rezzed inworld if the status is showing boxes you don't have rezzed this will cause delivery failures as the system tries to deliver something from a box that doesn't exist
Josh Susanto
WHERE are the boxes?
Darrius Gothly
Josh Susanto wrote: WHERE are the boxes? Step 1: From the Merchant Dashboard, click the link that reads "Magic Box Status" as shown here: Step 2: If you get the warning message pop-up box, cilck Cancel to proceed to the old XStreet management website as shown here: Step 3: Scroll to the very bottom of the page and locate the section that lists all the Registered Magic Boxes (Servers). Shown here is my list: If any Magic Boxes are listed but do not exist anymore (as in you deleted them from In-World or took them back into Inventory) then use the link on the far right to "Force Remove" them. If All Else Fails A last-ditch, "hit it with a big hammer" method is to "Force Remove" all the Magic Boxes listed then go In-World to each existing box and use the Menu to "Reset" each one. Access the Menu by "touching" the Magic Box (touching means to click on it once). After beginning the Reset process, wait until the Magic Box cycles through all its various colors and then returns to plain white. Remember that PATIENCE IS IMPORTANT! Do not rush and do not try to start a bunch of updates all at once. Do one Reset at a time and always wait for the Magic Box to return to the normal white color before moving to the next Magic Box. The Last Step Once you have Reset and verified that every Magic Box that exists is listed, go back to the Marketplace and use the "Sync Marketplace with Magic Boxes" button from the Manage Inventory page as shown here: Wait about 3-5 minutes then refresh the Manage Inventory page. You should see an accurate list of every item that is available in at least one Magic Box.
