Why won't Linden Lab do anything about the Giant Prim invading my land?

I have been complaining for over a week about a giant prim being rezzed on abandoned Linden land and invading my land and nothing has been done about it. When are they going to address the concerns of Premium Accounts about abandoned land being abused?

Good question.  Unfortunately, we're all SL residents like you, so we can't do anything but sympathize. If you haven't done it already, I suggest contacting LL in Live Chat -- not just filing a support ticket. Meanwhile, at least the giant prim isn't counting against your own prim allowance.  I suggest derendering the eyesore so that you don't have to keep looking at it until LL finally removes it.
