Inventory was lost

Hi,

 

I purchased some inventory items.  They were delivered and I accepted them.  However, they never made it into inventory.  I searched all my folders and they are not there.  I also cleared my cache.  Is there anything I can do?

Thank you for your answer. They were not in my objects folder. I knew I had a problem when nothing was on my "RECENT" tab.

If you accepted them, then they are in your inventory somewhere.  To make searching easier, open the Recent tab in Inventory and then click the little gear symbol in its extreme lower left corner and select Show Filters.  Adjust the Hours Ago or Days Ago numbers so that you can see things that were added to your inventory during the most recent period.  Your new items will be among them.  If not, then clear your cache to reset the local copy of your inventory.
