Hello teedy. You need:

1)To clear your cache manually

2)To log in with another viewer. Phoenix viewer is suggested.

To clear your cache manually, delete all contests at the folders below:

(XP) - C: \ Documents and Settings \ (USER NAME) - Application Data \ SecondLife and
C: \ Documents and Settings \ (USER NAME)\ Local Settings \ Application Data \ Second Life

(Vista) and (Win 7) - C: \ Users \ (USER NAME) \ AppData \ Roaming \ SecondLife and
C: \ Users \ (USER NAME) \ ApplData \ Local \ Secondlife

I don't have an answer to your problem as I am not sure what I need to answer.  Are you concerned that your feet are 'sunk' - mud?  I watched the video and it is very hard to follow.   In addition, your RL name is displayed as the author of the video, perhaps you should address that too.

In the meantime - clear your cache and relog.

The problems with your face & chest are caused by alpha layers, (it looks like one belonging to some sort of armour) - Look in your worn items to see what you are wearing & remove them.

The 50 million trash cans in your inventory - If clearing your cache did not fix that last time you asked, you will need to contact support for an inventory fix. https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/
