This is creating numerous problem with most things SL. Where is the prim count in the builders HUD?

I have double and triple checked the preferences for a setting to enable this function. I spent well over and hour yesterday (a search that works in debug would be nice.(tags, relevance)) in debug settings trying to enable a prim count in the builders HUD. Where is it?

It was already a bug in 2.7.4...

I think 2.7.2 was the last one where that worked.
