Love Leonoase Posted July 26, 2011 Share Posted July 26, 2011 Due to my SL viewer suddenly crashing every time (and also others telling me Phoenix was better), I switched to Phoenix.... I notice however, that while my saved textures appear in my inventory, when I try to open them, nothing comes up. Are pictures/textures created with SL incompatible with Phoenix? Ceera Murakami Posted July 26, 2011 Share Posted July 26, 2011 That should not be a problem, no. I've used several versions of Phoenix and am currently using Firestorm, and it works fine. Deej Kasshiki Posted July 27, 2011 Share Posted July 27, 2011 I sort of agree Chelsea but, having said that, there's only so much that can be done with the v2 base code, apparently. Compared to LL's UI Firestorm's is pretty customizable so that I'm not pulling my hair out fighting it. It's also possible to make it work and (mostly) feel like Phoenix/v1. I feel like there's hope for Firestorm. The FS devs really listen to the user community and want to make the transition for Phoenix/v1 users less painful. They'll keep working to beat v2's nasty UI into something more user friendly. Too bad the same can't be said for LL. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
