can not login unable to connect to simulator. ASAP!

i tried 10 different viewers, 3 platforms, windows, android, mac, i tried 1000 different locations to log in into, 5 different PC's in 5 different places with different unique IP in the world... wtf? now is 8'th moth while i unable to log in.. looong time ago support answered me "blah blah blah... for more help buy membership" it's like pay to play...

so i can't log in in my ather 2-3 alt's to.. it was happened when this "group title sh.. changed"...

 

that's it, waiting for help! now it is ASAP, becouse i was waiting about 8 MONTHS>>>!~

 

Edited: i beleave that it is group thing, but i can't edit or to eject members, becouse i cant log in.. :D, hide group titles in pref don;t worked.

It is possible that you have a group tag with unusual characters in it. That is a common casue of this problem.

If you have an alt that can get inworld and get you group tag message changed or get you kicked out of whatever group it is, that should get you in.

Assuming you believe this is related to a group tag with bad characters in it, the other solution that has worked is to turn off name tags and group titles.  In Viewer 2 this is at Me-Preferences-General tab.  That is available before login, so you can make the change, save it and then try logging in.
