It is possible that you have a group tag with unusual characters in it. That is a common casue of this problem.

If you have an alt that can get inworld and get you group tag message changed or get you kicked out of whatever group it is, that should get you in.

Assuming you believe this is related to a group tag with bad characters in it, the other solution that has worked is to turn off name tags and group titles.  In Viewer 2 this is at Me-Preferences-General tab.  That is available before login, so you can make the change, save it and then try logging in.
