i can;t log in...

i tried 10 different viewers, 3 platforms, windows, android, mac, i tried 1000 different locations to log in into, 5 different PC's in 5 different places with different unique IP in the world... wtf? now is 8'th moth while i unable to log in.. looong time ago support answered me "blah blah blah... for more help buy membership" it's like pay to play... so i can't log in in my ather 2-3 alt's to.. it was happened when this "group title sh.. changed"... that's it, waiting for help! now it is ASAP, becouse i was waiting about 8 MONTHS>>>!~ Edited: i beleave that it is group thing, but i can't edit or to eject members, becouse i cant log in.. :D, hide group titles in pref don;t worked.
