I have had your private message. To answer me in the Q&A,  you can edit your post by clicking the'options' button on the top right of your question; "edit" and add your text.

It is easier to go inworld to send your IM to the merchant. But you can also do it from the marketplace clicking on his/her name. You will see the seller's profile page. Choose "IM" from the "actions" button.

Make sure that you check the selllers profile for any messages regarding redelivery policy. Some say things like they only answer notecards and not to send IMs, or they have their IMs capped frequently and may not get them.

Try pasting a copy of the transaction onto a notecard with your message and sending that to the merchant.

You should file a ticket to LL, cause probably merchant didn't have your money either  ;-) They use to solve marketplace problems pretty fast  ^^

It is possible the creator was afk when you sent the im.  Send them a notecard with your name, a copy of the transaction on it and a explaination of the problem.  Am sure they will make the purchase good

Send the Creator a notecard explaining the problem. If I was the creator I would do anything I could to correct the problem. Creators stand by their work even when LL make the mistakes on delivery. So hang in there and sit back, relax, it may take some time to hear from them.
