But when you get to the Marketplace you mention something called "Direct Delivery", that some beta merchants loved it, then on you go! Ummm...what the HECK is "Direct Delivery"? What does it mean? How is it different from the current delivery? Why not have someone proof what you write so that its self-contained and clear instead of leaving us hanging and hoping we someday get an answer.
